Ms. Gajdalo was named Chief Delivery Officer in August 2022, previously serving as SVP of Operational Performance since April 2020. Ms. Gajdalo joined Blucora in 2018 as the VP of Data, Analytics and Machine Learning. Prior to Blucora, Ms. Gajdalo spent seven years at LPL Financial, where she served in several leadership roles including SVP of Business & Human Intelligence. Ms. Gajdalo also co-founded Piedmonte Insurance & Financial Services and served as President and Owner from 2009-2011. Ms. Gajdalo earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
