Beckey Woodard Cole was named Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2022. She joined Blucora in May of 2018 and most recently held the position of Vice President, HR Business Partner Organization. Prior to Blucora, she spent 10 years at Folience, a 100% ESOP-owned holding company, where she served in several leadership and strategy roles including Director Organizational Development & Human Resources. Beckey began her Human Resources career in the human resources domain Compensation and was a strategic practitioner in several industries including telecommunications, insurance and wealth management, aerospace, broadcast, newspaper, and digital media.
Beckey earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Human Resources from Mount Mercy University, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was a past board member and HR committee member for the Catherine McAuley Center and Human Resources committee chair for the United Way of East Central Iowa.
